Free guided tour to discover the local area and the natural heritage of Rignano Flaminio, walking along nature paths, amid woods, streams and historical-archaeological sites.
With the help of knowledgeable experts, participants will be able to appreciate the great wealth of biodiversity and discover the many animal and plant species that characterise the Vallelunga area. The local countryside is criss-crossed by a network of 12 km of hiking trails, marked and easily accessible to everyone, for a full immersion in nature such as to involve and enthral visitors of all ages. The 24 hectares of the nature reserve also include a picnic area equipped with tables, benches and barbecues, an archery range and a sports fishing pond.

Car: driving along the Flaminia from Rome towards Terni, after 39 km and having crossed the municipalities of Sacrofano, Riano, Castelnuovo di Porto and Morlupo, you reach Rignano Flaminio; the A1 motorway toll booths (Rome-Florence), on the other hand, are closer to Magliano Sabina, Ponzano Romano-Soratte, Fiano Romano and Castelnuovo di Porto
On foot: upon reaching Rignano Flaminio, follow the signs for the Tenuta Comunale di Vallelunga
