It starts from the pier on the sea to enter the pine forest of Castel Fusano and reach the foot of the Castle of Julius II.
A tour through the medieval alleys of the hamlet of Ostia Antica allows you to visit little known and fascinating corners before continuing along the banks of the Tiber and reaching the area of the Pier Paolo Pasolini Literary Park.
From here, cross the Idroscalo and the New Port of Ostia to end the tour on the Lungomare cycle path to the starting point.

- Suitable for children aged 12 and over if used to pedaling
- It is advisable to bring: sunscreen, water bottle, mosquito spray, anorak in mid-seasons
