Two days of events with food and wine tasting and cultural initiatives to discover the authentic rural traditions of the Capena area.
The best way to celebrate the grape harvest is to enjoy yourself along the long wine and food tasting route. In the various squares of the old-town centre, selected wineries offer tastings of the best wines of Lazio combined with delicious local products. Among the most eagerly awaited events is the parade of allegorical floats, made by expert craftsmen, accompanied by young people in traditional costumes and the cheerful repertoire of the Capena band. The two-day event also includes guided tours of the main historical and natural sites in the area, artistic and musical performances, and exhibitions of local handicrafts.
